Role: On-site assistant for all-day conference on epidemiological study of children's health.

Role: Created and implemented a campus-wide interactive scavenger hunt that taught students about sustainable architecture, agriculture, ecology, and transportation.

Role: Designed three new 275+ mile bike routes from Boston to New York City for AIDS awareness charity.

Five Boro Bike Tour - 2014
Role: Planned bike tour through the five boroughs of NYC with city agencies (NYPD, DOT, etc.) and developed logistics for water stops, security checkpoints, volunteer check-in zone, and key route locations including Central Park, BQE, Ferry Terminal, and the Verrazano Bridge.

Runners World 5k, 10k, & Half Marathon - 2014
Role: Managed course operations, including water stops, medical stations, and entertainment zones; trained volunteer groups used as marshals and water stop managers; and coordinated with various vendors and city and state agencies 
Byrant Park Corporations
Bryant Park Corporation's Super Bowl Events - 2014
Role: Managed Super Bowl Sponsors' activities in Bryant Park, which included a Verizon Experience Center, a Pepsi Music & Food Tasting venue, live tapings by ESPN at the park's ice skating rink, Bank of America's promo teams engaging throughout the park, and local on-site food vendors. Specifically, coordinated the movement of construction, production, and promotional materials in and out of Bryant Park. 
Eventage Event Production Inc. - 2012-2014
Role: facilitated aspects of events, including New York City Marathon, Brooklyn Half Marathon, Women's Sports Foundation's Sports Award Gala, Light the Night, Bike Expo New York, and Israel Day Parade.

RS Vodka - 2006-2009
Role: Managed & coordinated key marketing & PR events: Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (Lounge), Envisioning R. Film Festival, brand launch at Embassy in DC, 21st Annual Toys for Tots, National Off-Premise Sampling Programs (2,300 promos).
Tribeca Performing Arts Center 2004-2015
Role: Coordinated aspects of various productions, including Tribeca Film Festival, NYC DEP Awards, Highlights in Jazz Messiah, Hitman, and the BMCC Theater Department's Seasonal Productions.
